Warranty Conditions

Dear Customers,
Thank you for purchasing our products.
Colorfly warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased will be free of defects related to manufacturing, parts, materials, and workmanship under normal and accepted use.

Warranty period
1. All products purchased by the company are entitled to a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Product accessories warranty :
Cables: 90 days replacement
3. Due to product quality problems or performance failure, the customer with a valid purchase certificate to obtain the following warranty service:
Contact a local dealer
There is no dealer in local area, please send it to the headquarters of Colorfly.
4. Under conditions permitting, Colorfly provides lifetime maintenance for products
*Note: Please do your own backup of the data in the player before repairing to prevent data loss, alteration, or leakage of privacy during the repair process.
When the user sends it by mail, please make sure the product is well packed.

This warranty does not cover:
1. Any product not purchased from Colorfly or an Authorized Dealers.
2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in this manual.
3. Any service or modification performed by an unauthorized person or company.
4. Use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Inadequate repair work performed by the end user or any non-authorized repair center.

How to get an after-sales service
All Colorfly customer-owned products being returned for warranty service must include a copy of the customer’s receipt. Warranty approvals will not be granted if an original receipt or copy of a receipt is not enclosed.
1. Please contact local dealer first.
2. If there is no local dealer, you are supposed to send the defective device to Colorfly Headquarter with freight paid.
After repaired, we will send it back to you and bear shipping cost.
